Our holiday apartment "Sonnensiedlung" is nestled idyllically on the edge of the forest in our beautiful village of Heiterwang, located in a separate building about 500m away. The apartment is equipped with a bedroom and a living area featuring a flatscreen TV, DVD player, CD radio, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. After an active day, you can unwind in the infrared cabin and relax your muscles. As a special bonus, the apartment boasts its own south-facing terrace with a stunning view of our local mountain, the Thaneller. There are also 2 parking spaces available right in front of the apartment (garage upon request).

Charging e-bikes is only permitted in the garage!
We charge €2 per bike per day for charging e-bikes.
For safety reasons (risk of explosion), batteries may not be charged in your room.
