As your hosts – a passionate innkeeper and chefs – we aim to provide you with a pleasant experience and let you feel the typical Austrian coziness.
Our head chef Mehmet and his assistant Geoffrey will delight you with their culinary skills. We place a strong emphasis on local produce and primarily use regional ingredients: wild garlic from Hönig, elderflower and herbs from our garden, meat from local farmers, family recipes, and our passion.
Our senior chef Michael is a passionate hunter who supplies us with fresh game from his own hunts.
You will be served by our energetic senior host Evi and our manager Sandra, who will gladly share insider tips for hikes, excursions, and cycling tours.
